Dr. Cousins is a very professional and knowledgeable doctor he knows what he is doing and makes sure you understand what condition you have and is treating you for my whole family goes to see him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cousin for a number of years. I am very satisfied with treatment I receive. He is articulate, caring and kind and always pleasant. His office used to be within walking distance but now I drive over to west Yonkers where he is now practicing. I highly recommend him to anyone who may need an ENT.
I have been a patient of Dr Cousin's for 11 years. He is a Professional at his Best! Well mannered, articulate, caring & an excellent Surgeon. I went to another Dr prior to Dr Cousin & was extremely disappointed. I was getting laryngitis frequently & this all he suggested was speech therapy. Luckily I found Dr Jeffrey Cousin. He found my vocal nodule needed to be removed; not Speech Therapy. I set up surgery one month later. Success! Recovery time quick. Clean Hospital setting in White Plains
Dr cousin's is very nice but his office staff is horrible and very disorganized, I'll never go back.
This guy is a real jerk. Dismissive, condescending, lazy, and rude. Stay away.
