Dr. Chen is very patient and understanding. Myself and my 16 year old daughter see him and he makes her comfortable as she is anxious with dental work.
I came in for my cleaning with Lana and mentioned that I had an issue with tooth number three being squishy. I saw Dr. Jeff for the first time; he took a look at it and within a couple of minutes, realized what it was. I saw my Dentist in Arizona, as well as a periodontist in Arizona who also examined me for my squishy tooth. Both of them decided I needed a deep cleaning on the roots of the implants and that was it. Dr Chen and the entire staff were kind, courteous, and efficient. They always made me comfortable. Dr Chen was knowledgeable and did an excellent job
At my first appointment with Dr. Chen, I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door, and taken back for my cleaning exactly on time. The dental hygienist explained every part of the procedure as she went, and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Chen showed genuine care and compassion throughout his exam, and spent as much time as was needed to discuss my dental history. His personalized attention and emphasis on patient comfort make him exceptional.
