I was very disappointed with my last visit. I called the clinic because I chipped my front tooth and needed to file it. Instead, they scheduled me for an evaluation. They had a doctor (I never seen before) throwing ideas about grinding teeth, Botox, and Veneers. Also, the Insurance claim was not coded correctly, which made it look like I have too many evaluations. Long story short, I ended up with a pending balance.
Unbelievably great dentist. Dr Chen was able to do what two other dentist couldn't. I highly highly recommend him
My experience under the care of Dr Chen has been a good one. He is personable, knows his stuff, and is thorough. He explained everything well so that I fully understood what was going to happen. I would highly recommend Dr Chen.
I enjoyed meeting Dr. Chen and feel quite confident in his care. His attention to detail, thorough explanations, and down-to-earth personality are consistent with the help I've received over the years (decades?) with Dr. Morris's practice. Thank you!
