I would recommend that potential homebuyers perform extensive due diligence, and have the highest quality homeowners or condo insurance policy, before considering purchasing a home in one of these communities. The condo we purchased has turned out to be nothing but a money pit.
Nobody is available to answer phones on the weekends and there is not even a voicemail option. There is no emergency number provided for issues that occur off working hours. Unreliable and long turn around time for regular maintenance issues. Company has also failed to provide a clear list of serviceable items included in fees - in fact currently very unclear about where our finances are directed and what is actually being maintained on a month to month and quarterly basis.
