Absolutely terrible. In the 2.5 years I've been renting a house under the management of Jeffrey Charles, it's been miserable. Maintainance takes weeks to get done. Yesterday, I sent a maintenance request through the app JC utilizies, Appfolio. The 15 year old water heater needs to be replaced, as its leaked all over the floor. I called JC thus morning just to be told there's no record of my address in their files. I was then forwarded to “Carol”, who has her line set straight to voicemail.
