Absolutely terrible. In the 2.5 years I've been renting a house under the management of Jeffrey Charles, it's been miserable. Maintainance takes weeks to get done. Yesterday, I sent a maintenance request through the app JC utilizies, Appfolio. The 15 year old water heater needs to be replaced, as its leaked all over the floor. I called JC thus morning just to be told there's no record of my address in their files. I was then forwarded to “Carol”, who has her line set straight to voicemail. Jacob provided excellent customer service and expeditiously resolved my issue. He was professional and very pleasant to speak with.
Tina was so very helpful the other day when there was a missing check from my elderly mother. She was understanding, kind, gracious and so helpful. We really appreciated her taking care of the issue.
