I rarely leave reviews like this, but in this case I felt it was necessary. My boyfriend had an appointment well over a month ago and has still been unable to get the prescription he was prescribed because the insurance approval required a response from the doctor’s office. Since then, we have made well over 15 calls trying to get an update or resolution, with little to no communication or follow-through. Dr. Torbin is great. His experience and knowledge was very valuable and it was very helpful explaining my condition I would definitely recommend coming here and going to Dr. Torbin.
