My mom has seen him back in 2008 he we so caring and nice to my mom. Now my husband I sent to him very knowledgeable and knows his feet.
As a nurse needing surgery on my toe joint, I was very impressed with Dr Noroyan?s expertise, kindness, great bedside manners, humor, & sterile procedure. I observed him to be respectful and kind to both his patients and staff. He spends the needed time with you, and truly listens to you. He never makes you feel like he is rushing you, nor does he talk over you like you are not there. I strongly recommend Dr Noroyan to anyone needing foot care.

Very professional staff and Dr. Noroyan is very informative. A bit of patient overcrowding. It's been a full house every time I've been, with the longest wait of about an hour to be seen. My total in and out time was roughly an two hours that day. I'm just calling it a bad day, due to the fact that it was nearing a holiday. I will return until I'm healed.
Dr Jeff is the most down to earth doctor I have ever dealt with. I was impressed with his expertise, and bedside manners. I particularly enjoyed his sense of humor. He did a great job on the surgery I had done on my foot. He takes his time with you in explaining exactly what procedures will be done. I would and did recommend him to all my friends needing podiatry care.
