Dr.Gawel Repaired an esophageal hernia for me in June of 2018. I had suffered years of acid reflux and nausea with vomiting. Since my surgery in 2018, I have had no vomiting and only occasional mild acid reflux which Nexium usually helps. I have a new lease on life thanks to Dr. Gawel. I have been so happy with my successful surgery. Dr. Gawel is a very fine doctor and I would recommend him highly to anyone seeking help for gastrointestinal issues.
