Jeffrey is a great place to buy yourself or others the most unique and high-quality jewelry. I have several pieces and have bought tons of gifts from him, and they are beautiful and I get so many compliments on my pieces. Secret sauce: it is so fun to go there. I take my friends, and he's always got other fun people in there. It's always an experience. Locally-owned business in the best neighborhood in Asheville - the River Arts District.
