Jeff is a competent and thorough realtor. He knows the market and provided guidance on pricing. Jeff took the home interior photos himself, saving me money, and also arranged for drone photos. It sold in two weeks, which I was pleased about, especially considering the season. He utilizes online tools that provide weekly updates on views. He also arranged for two open houses, but didn't need the 2nd one!
Jeff went above and beyond handling the sale of my parents' house in Allentown, which had been a rental for the last 10 years. I live in California and Jeff took care of everything so that I didn't need to travel. A true expert, Jeff identified what needed to be done, and hooked me up with excellent and trustworthy service vendors to get the house ready for sale. Then he secured a solid sale. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Jeff as he patiently looked for our forever home for us. It took awhile but once we located it, Jeff made the process so easy.
