Jeff Brumfield was our realtor for the purchase of a large property with a house and ADU. This was a big move for us coming from a tract home. Jeff's additional background and experience in finance and construction help us tremendously. He was able to secure us the loans needed and help with any needed repair and construction. Jeff helped and guided us thru a rather difficult purchase of a large property with an older house that needed renovation and an ADU with many needs, not to mention a difficult seller with his just as difficult real estate agent.
