Dr. Backes was amazing with our daughter. He took the time to explain things at her level and answered all of our questions.
So i didn't have an appointment the day I went in come to find out my appointment wasn't until the follow week which was fine but the friendly front desk made a call to see if I could be put in for that day and there was an opening at the exact time I was scheduled for next week It was such a good feel because I was in pain.It took no time to be called back a few questions was asked by the nurse I assume that was wht she was and within mintues the doctor came in to see me.Jeffery was his name and was very kind and knowledgea... read more
