I had an incredible experience with Dr. Randall and his team...both in the office and with the medical staff at Mt. Eden Hospital , for my back surgery. The doctor was informative, asked a lot of questions, explained the surgical procedure and set expectations. The process was flawless...from beginning to end. I am 2 weeks post op and have no pain. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Randall and his team from Pacific Brain & Spine.

Dr. Randall is great at explaining your MRI. I have severe stenosis of the neck, but my physical symptoms are minimal. Accordingly, he recommended seeing him in a year, or sooner of necessary. He is not hasty to do surgery, and does only the minimum required. He performed minor, outpatient back surgery on my wife last year, and it made a world of difference.
