GREAT JOB! FAST AND GREAT SERVICE.
The order was written up by Ryan & he was very helpful. Gil called me with the results of the diagnostics and gave me the news that there was more trouble than expected. He didn't seem interested in working with me when I asked for his assistance in prioritizing the work & sorting out the best path forward. I bought the vehicle used (not from Jeffrey), but I expected better treatment as a new customer. I won't be back.

Service department specialist, Gil, is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, promises made and kept (from my car repairs to transportation service to and from work.) The only problem I have is that my 2002 CRV continues to run so well even at 175,000 miles - I cant justify replacing it with a new vehicle.
