We feel very well taken care of by Dr. Austin and his staff.
Dr Austin is a great physician. He is very knowledgeable and has a super bedside manner. He is a good listener and you never feel rushed. He also has a very good team.
My 6 month & annual physicals are always v well handled, all important info is thoroughly & professionally communicated.
He's everything you want in a doctor: kind, attentive, responds incredibly fast to messages, prescription requests, etc. Takes his time with me every time I'm the office, there's never a feeling of "I have you get to my next patient". And the right questions and answers with thoughtful answers. I think he's the best doctor in DFW
