Do you want to talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE?! This place is the epitome of it! They took great care of my family and I to the best way possible. As a matter of fact, we never felt like customers, More like family! It was a tremendous experience and I highly recommend them!
I recently had several cavities removed with a cold water/air laser procedure and it was painless and fast. I would defiantly recommend the lakes family dental and this procedure to anyone looking for fast and efficient dental work needing to be done.
The laser for the fillings is pain free! I prefer this over shots for sure. I had a great experience with the new laser machine. Love the staff! :)
My last two visits have felt like high-pressure sales pitches. On my most recent visit I was pressured into a service I did NOT want and did not give verbal or written consent for. My hygienist pitched an elective whitening procedure to me throughout my whole cleaning, set up an appointment for the following day that I didn't ask for, and then had trays made directly after my cleaning. When I sent a message the next day explicitly asking to cancel the whitening procedure, I was told I would need to pay $150.00 for the trays ... read more
Great place and people! They take their time to make you feel comfortable and really know their stuff.
