We received great service from Jeffrey Allen on our last project in Miami. Jillian was very accommodating when I had her change a quote far to many times and their service technician (George) was very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend.
Highly do not recommend. Will upcharge you, especially if you are not knowledgeable. Service is only good with certain technicians; cart is always there forever no matter what issue. Quality is hit or miss. Save yourself the hassle. Edit: Owner reply is crazy. Posting my review a few months after my service, and this is the treatment a customer receives. My beach taxi will never be serviced by you again. Terrible.
I’ve purchased 2 golf carts from Jeffery Allen Inc. in Davie Florida and because of Mr.Gary(the service manager I’m not only going to buy 2 more I’m going to tell my friends and others who’s interested in buying golf carts to buy from them as well simply because Mr Gary and his staff have been a blessing to me by proving to me that if you buy a golf cart from Jeffery Allen with or without a warranty (we got you) I’ve broken down twice because of my stupidity and guess what each time the service manager sent someone out to fi... read more
