I was so scare I had a spleen aneurysm and visit different surgeons, Dr Hertz got back to me after my visit, his staff Is very professional always answer the phone and Dr hertz will get back to me by call or by the memorial app, Is hard to find information about doctors, The surgery was painless, My nurse at surgery room was excellent she really comfort me, I was by myself and nervous. Very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Took very good care of my father. Could have one of the best bed side manner around. You’re lucky if you’re a patient of his.

I also found him to be polite and very patient, in answering all of our questions. I would have preferred to hear of more options than I did, but that’s because of my condition; not because of him.

I found Dr. Hertz to be quite competent and very polite. He was concerned and checked me and answered all my concerns. Took his time and did not rush me. I liked him very much.
