I was out of state and my MDX needed mechanical work. I have complete trust in Jeffrey service advisors so I called to confirm I was getting the correct advise from the service advisors in Florida who told me it was not covered under warranty. Shakira pointed out that it would be covered under warranty. Which was correct information. Thank you Shakira
