The tech (Tony) arrived on time and set to work promptly. He answered my questions politely and conducted himself in a professional manner. This is my second interaction with an employee of Wilbur Plumbing and there seems to be a trend. Congrats to your H R Dept. they have a knack for hiring the right people.
The service we received today was outstanding. Both technicians, Mark and Joe, were very professional and took time to answer all my questions and concerns. Before they left, they totally explained what was done and the results of all testing. Very pleased with service.
We have been using Jeffery A. Wilbur for our air handler & plumbing for several years. Their service people are wonderful, doing great work. Our last service check was done by Joe, who did a wonderful job. There service contracts are a great value, worth every penny!!
