I went to Dr. Senall August of 2021. He was in bad, harsh mood. He stated, 'There's nothing wrong with you. It's just arthritis.' I had been struck by a truck while on my bicycle. Dr. Senall pushed cortisone shots more than once. I didn't want that but was willing to try the gel injections after interviewing people who had tried it. His PA-C Daniel Jonas was in a bad, harsh mood. The first appointment for the gel was canceled by Dr Senall's office stating the injection had not come in their shipment. He just didn't seem to care that I had a tear in my ankle. When I mentioned my ortho doctor, foot doctor, and my former surgeon (3 doctors) say I needed surgery, all he did was I need PT because I wasn't moving it (which I have been on and off). I'll avoid him next time around..
My son was referred to a specialist (Jeffrey A. Senall) because of an ongoing foot issue. Unfortunately, all I was told to keep doing what we’ve already been doing and “maybe” the pain will go away. Regarding custom-made insoles Dr. Senall said they “most likely” will not be covered by the insurance, and are “too expensive” ! He juts made the decision for me, that I can’t afford insoles for my child. We were not only disregarded, but also humiliated!
