I have called this number for th ER past 3 hours and 18 minutes. And it rings busy! How in gods name can a Dr's office ring busy? So she says she's busy so this is what they have to do is spend the phone because they are "busy" Never heard of such s thing! Never.

Something weird is going on with their staff. They hung up on me when trying to get information on what records they were missing.

worst clinic ever this is a 2nd time that we visited him my mom see him ones a year, the staff worst and when you asked them a question they get mad or they think that we are an animal and when we call them never answers the phone leave a voice message no response, medical assistance unprofessional and let ask to all the staff work there how will you feel if someone talks to your parents like the way you guys talking im sure won't like it. I was stunned by the treatment I received over the phone today. I called to politely request an appointment with Dr. Sandler, and the conversation lasted no more than two minutes before the staff member lost her patience, abruptly put me on hold, and never returned to the line. After that, the line was either busy or unanswered. As of 11:45 AM, the call is now going directly to the message center as if the office is closed. This experience was disappointing and frustrating. Worst office staff could someone ever have. Called from walgreens to verify a prescription for a patient, they kept putting me on hold and then after 15 minutes casually hanging up the phone and when I told them, of course apologizing is not something they have ever learned. Do not recommend this office in any way!
