We brought my daughter to Dr N for her first eye exam as she was having a hard time seeing suddenly. He was PHENOMENAL. Gentle and thorough, it was truly a positive experience. Thanks to Doc and his lovely team members for helping us get her vision back where it should be.
My glasses had a big smudge on the lenses that never went away
Dr Netzel met me at his office after hours to remove a small piece of metal from my eye. He got it out and cleaned up my eye in about 15 minutes and wrote me a prescription. I told him I would be happy to pay extra for him coming after hours but he only charged me the usual office visit rate...not many providers like him left. Thank you, doc!
