This review is not for Dr. Nerad, although it's puzzling that he at least allows the ineptitude by the staff. My initial consultation with Dr. Nerad was fine, he is charming and knowledgeable, and answered my questions. The problem arose when dealing with his scheduling secretary. I was referred to Dr. Nerad by the surgeon who did MOHS surgery for skin cancer on my lower eye lid. Dr. Nerad a both the initial visit and on day of surgery said that this would be an "EASY" procedure. There was swelling which was expected but it persisted for several months and a granuloma had developed which he had to snip twice since it grew back. After meeting him for the first time you feel like he’s an old friend. I felt like he was more concerned about doing a good job and making me happy than he was about the money I would definitely tell anyone this is a doctor you would want to see
Other than the initial wait once I saw the Dr everything went timely and smoothly the removal of the two skin tags was painless and quick
Dr Nerad took his time and has drawn on his extensive experience with complex eye care to determine a correct diagnosis for my eyelid issue. I was referred by my dermatologist and Dr Nerad has taken his own gradual steps without immediate eye surgery. I appreciate the deep consideration he is giving to my care.
