Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible.
I will definitely recommend them to people I know. This provider has helpful information available online. They have an online presence. The restrooms at this office were spotless. . They have good customer service.
