If I could give six stars I would. He's been my dentist for 35 years. I took my children to him. Not only a dentist, but a family friend. Caring, kind and brilliant. I am lucky to have met him so many years ago. He saved my teeth.
First in for most Dr. Kapp and his staff are the most friendliest people I’ve ever met. They always do their best to accommodate appointment times for myself and my family. Their office is very clean and a pleasant place to be with an amazing view of millennium Park. Dr. Kapp is always very thorough with his work and I’ve never had any insurance problems related to my dental appointments. Dr. Kapp is incredible. I had severe pain from an abscessed tooth and he took me in at 7:30 am on a Saturday, without any appointments. This was after I made 28 phonecalls to other dentists and emergency centers, all with no luck. He was the only one who answered. He did everything to make my pain as minimal as possible and he and his team made swift and persistent efforts to get my emergency situation taken care of quickly and smoothly.
