Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Is this business handicap-accessible? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. One thing that was upsetting about this optometrist's office is that they do not offer glasses repairs or adjustments. I had to go half way across town to get my glasses fixed. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
