Detail oriented, excellent skills, great with young people. Very pleased. My family has seen Dr Hellman since his partner retired. We are extremely pleased with the care we have received. Dr Hellman is always willing to explain details or answer questions. I would not even consider finding a new eye doctor. Dr Hellman's office is no longer in Norwich; He now serves His clients at The Crystal Mall in Waterford.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Hellman for over 30 years. He and his staff are always attentive and kind. I went as a child to this office and now my children are going there. 3 generations. That says something about their service.

I was definitely not a fan of Dr. Hellman's office. The man himself is an okay guy, but not so sure about a great eye doctor. I only had a few price options for the glasses that I got... the staff kept insisting I get this "BRAND NEW" lens type that was out, so I gave in. The glasses that I got first with the new lens were horrible - made me very dizzy and gave me headaches (I can't remember the name of the lens type). So I came back in a few days later. Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long
