April who works at his law office has to be the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my 40 years of life. I would never have her work with the public.
No results of my case after 4 years and they continue to give me excuses. I had to get involved about medical documents that they claimed to be trying to gather and I was able to make it happen in less then a month. I'm basically doing their job.
Very very rude receptionist who answered the phone. Hire better receptionists, they shouldn’t be rude. terrible first impression
