Very happy long time patient; I drive almost 45 minutes to get to this office, and never regret it. I've been seeing Dr. Downing for 15+ years; he was my PCP, and I've never found another one I've like as well.
Went to the Casselberry location because they accept walk ins and down the road from me. Been before and had a great experience. Today I woke up in excruciating pain from inflammation in my hand that started last night. I work Two jobs and need to be able to use my hand. Also asked for a shot for my arthritic knee. Took X-rays. Dr. Downing came in and explained what was wrong with my hand. Said it will go away in a few days if i ice and take it easy and my response was really? Very professional and excellent care. Very satisfied. I recommend it.
Quick and easy. I did show up early cannot comment on a full waiting room only 3 waiting fort thing in the morning.
