I am typically satisfied by their service, but on a recent cleaning a woman named "Lisa" did my cleaning. She spoke down to me and was very rude and unprofessional. At points and times, I was ready to just get up and leave the office never to return. She felt she had license to browbeat me and accuse me of not flossing. I am here to tell the dumb b8itch I take very good care of my teeth and it is a medication I am on that causes the swelling of my gums.
