A friend referred Mat Mello, owner of Jefford's Roofing to us to help us with some dry rot we had in beams that extended past our roof line. Not a big job, not a huge amount of dollars, but Mat and his team approached the project and worked with us as if it was. Mat came and looked at the beams, gave us a very fair price based on what he could see and advised if they found additional dry rot, he would provide us with the cost of the additional repairs.
