Just had Brayden come over to clean and sanitize my carpets. Even though my carpets were already in good shape, I noticed a huge difference after the cleaning. The fibers look refreshed and the whole room smells clean, but not too strong. Brayden was professional, friendly, and used a method that was both fast and eco-friendly. Jeffery's Carpet Service cleaned our carpets and did an excellent job. After the cleaning, they called to make sure we were happy with how everything turned out. We had a question about one spot on the carpet, so Tracy quickly set up another visit to check it out. Tracy explained what was causing the issue (it wasn’t from the cleaning) and gave us helpful tips to fix it. This is real customer service. We’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in San Jose looking for carpet cleaning.
Brayden and two assistants cleaned five rooms and a hallway for us. Previously, we had two carpeted rooms stretched and cleaned and were very pleased, so this time we had the rest of the house done! I had planned to replace most of my carpets, but it didn’t work out. The carpets now look almost new, and we can get a lot more use out of them. The crew was professional, friendly, and worked quickly. They were also very thorough. The service was high quality and the price was very reasonable.
