brayden arrived right on time in San Jose and got started on our carpet and large area rugs right away. We have dogs, so there were plenty of tracked-in dirt marks, pet spots, and stains that had built up in the fibers. Tracy was wonderful, detail-oriented, and full of energy throughout the carpet cleaning and water restoration work. Everyone i spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. tracy was absolutely awesome, easy to talk to, and one of the most down to earth people i've dealt with. The carpets and rugs smell fresh and look very clean, and the whole house feels brighter after the deep cleaning service.
