I had hip replacement with Dr. Vakil in November 2019. He spent a lot of time ahead of the surgery explaining the procedure and answering all of my questions. The surgery went very well and my recovery was easier than I had expected. Dr. Vakil has a very good bedside manner. He is kind and upbeat. I had my surgery at Abington Hospital. The nurses and hospital staff were all helpful and pleasant. Overall it was a great experience.
