I totally agree with prior post. Dr Fox is the best therapist I have ever seen. He helps you to change your thinking so that you can help deal with your anxieties. I recommend him to everybody!
Dr.Fox is unlike any therapist I personal have ever been too. He teaches you the skills, knowledge and tools to help better yourself, thoughts, and life. I have been to many therapist and nothing is comparable to his techniques, skills, etc. He challenges you, helps you change your thinking, and gives you tools which you can apply in real life to be able to cope better.
