Dr. Jeffery has been phenomenal for my daughter, who has had vision needs since 2 years old. She is professional, clear, wise ans friendly. We have only ever visited her in the Falls Church office and have never had any scheduling or long wait issues.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Jeffery for 8 years and I have always found her and her staff to be courteous and professional. She has educated me over the years on the treatment plan, options, and considerations, which I greatly appreciated as someone who has never had glasses myself. She has a very nice rapport with the kids and has adapted it as my daughter has grown from a 3-year-old to an 11-year-old pre-teen. Her assistant is also spectacular with the kids. The fair oaks office is a hot mess. They did not call or email to confirm appointments that were scheduled for 6 WEEKS OUT, TWICE, they do not inform you about needing referrals until you are at your appointment, and then they refuse to see you without a referral for a FOLLOW UP..who does that? i would & will NEVER go back.
