By far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We had a party of 7, waited over an hour on our food and it was cold. The only Thing that was warm was the appetizer.

Never eating here again, walked in the door and it took 40 mins from when we ordered until the food came out with only 3 other tables in there. My son's hamburger buns were rock hard and had mold on them, no one got any refills, the manager never came out because we were told she was locked in her office. After our food came out the server never came back, we had to ask another walking by for our check.

The blonde Kayla is the best waitress, she gives great service and the food is always great.
Would give negative stars if i coud. Came the other day and red headed loud waitress was snotty, messed up the food, nd was bragging to other tables about her dake license she uses to get into bars. So unprofessionally! Payed to much attention on flirting with other tables. Used to come alot but she ruined it last time

Amazing food and great service from the best waitress Kayla
We like coming to Jefferson's BUT today was not too good. The waitress didn't pay enough attention to her tables, instead spends too much time chit chatting with other waitresses in the bar area and one waitress was sitting in a chair in the bar area in between waiting on her tables and she was picking her nose. That's unacceptable. Good help is getting so hard to find.
Great waitresses and friendly service! Made us feel so welcome
