This was the most horrible service I've experienced anywhere. Our party was the second party to arrive in the restaurant for Sunday lunch. After several more parties arriving after us got their food, then ate, paid and left, I asked when our food would be out. The waitress didn't put in our order until 55 minutes after our order (entered it when I reminded her). Then, she didn't put in the whole order the second time. they did not have any coke-cola. we had to ask for silver ware, they said they out of napkins and handed two sheets of paper towels but would get us more from the wash sink. grilled cheese bread was not toasted properly and was just barely warn [cheese was not melted], the TV was too loud and the music was way too loud. The radio was playing death metal music. "let the bodies hit the floor' was one line they sang about 20 times. not a pleasant time eating our meal. we won't be back....
This restaurant needs to be turned around or shut down. It has serious problems, especially how they treat their employees and other service problems, the cooks have to do the plumbing work because the owner is too tight to professionally get it fixed. The score has slipped to a nasty 88, On Sunday June 22, 2014, the air conditioner went out, it was 92 degrees outside and 100+ inside. the waitresses were friendly and the food and drinks were delicious.
The food is better than the location / decor suggests! Best wings I've had for a while. The wait staff are personable and prompt. Food and drink specials every day. The only thing disappointing so far? The $2 margarita. No surprise, for $2 though!
