I lived in Amelia for 1 year, 3 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms, recently reformed apartment. There are positive and negative points in my opinion. The bad stuff: If you live in an apartment facing the Main Street you will hear all the traffic and it can get pretty loud since it is a busy street with trailer and motorbikes constantly passing by, not great if you aren’t a heavy sleeper. UPDATED REVIEW: I have been here for 3 years now. The quality has significantly deteriorated. The property is not maintained as it used to be. The leasing office staff offers poor customer service (unlike a couple years ago when they were A+). Last year, my apartment had hurricane damage (including a soggy carpet) and I had to fight with the office to get a replacement carpet. I lived here for a year and I liked it a lot. The staff is very helpful, shoutout to Marcos and Angel, and they’re usually more available than any other leasing staff I’ve had so far. And they have great energ, always willing to help! Some of the downsides are pest control and safety. One day where pest control doesn’t come and there will be roaches/centipedes on your apartment or doorstep, sometimes even if they come there might be some dead roaches.
