Lease was breached more than once. Rental agent let independent contractor into my unit with a key unaccompanied without any notice, which is "required" by the lease. Black mold infests the entire place. Unhealthy and disgusting, but apparently it can just be written into the lease and POOF they are not responsible! Disingenuous and very under-handed. I currently live here, and they will NOT fix the HVAC system. I have called and called, and 'Valerie' will only say that there's nothing wrong with it. I've called an HVAC company and they've come out and done a 'free estimate' but I can't, and should NOT have to pay to fix the complex's HVAC. Other residents on the property have not had this issue, and their electric bills are 80-100 dollars a month. Mine is $175 currently.
