This place is really great it’s quiet and it’s also a great starter apartment for first time renter. The manager Tina is amazing and she always makes you feel welcomed. Any time you have an issue she makes sure it gets done in a timely manner. I look forward to being here for awhile. She also has a great maintenance guy who is helpful and always friendly I enjoy living here.
We moved into Jefferson Way 9+years ago and we love living here. Our apt Manager Tina Baker keeps this community safe, clean and quiet. She really cares about each one of us living here....and her professionalism, good humar and kind heart is manifested thru all sorts of ways- including a dog costume contest when a pet wash station recently! I rate this 5 🌟 because Tina has Been there for us for the 6 1/2 years we've lived here and been an Awesome landlord works with us when we need help and Darien fixes repairs in a reasonable time...but Most of all it's a quiet and safe place to live....we feel safe here because neighbors are so friendly ☺️
I have been here for 10 years and Tina is very business person and a very down to earth person.
