Walk to the office, as their hours stated they were open. Get there and their office closed early with a sign stating to refer to Google for their hours. Stating they have updated hours online, well it currently states they are open. They have no patients in their waiting room and everything was closed over an hour early. Thanks for considering patient care.
Absolutely horrible service I waited 4 hours with only 4 people in front of me I cannot believe human beings can move this slow
The last week of November I had to visit the clinic twice. The second time I was helped by Dr Kelly. He is a relatively new doctor, but definitely one of the better ones I have encountered. He was extremely concerned for and wanting to help me with my medical issue. He went so much further in helping me than I would have ever expected. You are a wonderful young doctor and I much appreciated your help and true concern for my problem. You are a real asset to this medical clinic!
Not sure if it was the time of day that I went in, but I was literally able to walk right in without waiting. All the staff were very courteous. The doctor on duty was extremely helpful with me and my daughter. In my 47 years of living, this is categorically the best experience I’ve had at a walk-in clinic so far.
