The Board was terrible, packages would get stolen from the mail area & the cameras would always "not have been working," when it happened. The board members were petty, "Karen," types (the loon in 6i, Melody on the Board) who would sit in on the disputes that they themselves caused, then use the "power" of the board to exact personal revenge. Talk to the Board before you Buy. I agree about the mice problem the other guy mentioned.

Not sure how people have written good reviews about this building. I’ve only been living here for four months and not only is the building built improperly but also I’ve been dealing with a mice problem. The condos themselves have sloppy work done in terms of architecture. The walls are not straight and the crown molding is sloppy. The showers clog up very easily too.
