We enjoy living here (been here 6+ months), management is good to work with, and the apartments themselves are fairly nice. There is limited “guest” parking (not enough parking for 2 cars per apartment), which can occasionally mean our 2nd car has to park across the street. Location is nice being so close to Jefferson’s downtown area, but you are also 1 block from the train tracks so you have to get used to daily trains. Overall, one of our better apartment experiences.
