I am extremely disappointed with how our application for Jefferson Terrace Apartments was handled. My boyfriend and I were informed that we had been approved, paid our security deposit, and both signed the lease through AppFolio. We were given access to the resident portal and proceeded under the understanding that everything was finalized. We enjoy living here (been here 6+ months), management is good to work with, and the apartments themselves are fairly nice. There is limited “guest” parking (not enough parking for 2 cars per apartment), which can occasionally mean our 2nd car has to park across the street. Location is nice being so close to Jefferson’s downtown area, but you are also 1 block from the train tracks so you have to get used to daily trains. Overall, one of our better apartment experiences.
