Very hard to get an appointment. Scheduler had tunnel vision and made “ policy” more I Important than patient care!!This was very frustrating!! She wouldn’t give an appointment because she said it had been too long since U had seen him. But, Dr. Miley. said not to come. Back unless something new happened! Dr. Miley is a great Dr . But his staff can be frustrating.
I am happy to say I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Miley and his team. He explains complex information in a clear and understandable way and he's a great listener. I also believe he cares about his patients and great outcomes for them. Especially significant: when I was in the hospital and the hospital staff learned that I was his patient, to a person, they all had great things to say about him. It always means a lot when a person is held in high regard by the people they work with.
