Nurses and hospital staff overall were excellent. Surgery went well. However I am now having the most difficult time getting a hold of the billing department to pay my bill. The phone #'s provided on my bill aren't correct. Info on Google is incorrect, I finally get a valid phone number from their website only to get put through to VM. I have left multiple VM's with my info for them to get back to me, however I have not heard back. They also do not have an online payment option that I have been able to find.
The staff here in amazing, and truly cares for each and every one of their patients. Special shout-out to Nurse Jennifer Federer for being so amazing during preop and helped to keep me at ease the entire time.
The nurses and the staff there are altogether just magnificent at what they do caring for patients. They make a special effort to cause you to feel as good as could be expected under the circumstances, and to make sure that the entirety of your needs and wants are met. I would not stop for a second to recommend them to anyone anybody requiring same day medical procedure. From Michelle who gave me my Covid test, to Jen my nurse, to Dr. Simon my anesthesiologist everyone was just wonderful! Everyone was warm and friendly yet very professional. Everyone made me very comfortable and at ease. My surgeon, Dr. Nissman, did an outstanding job! I would not hesitate to recommend Jefferson Bluebell for anyone’s medical needs. They are courteous, professional and most of all give personal service. They are the best of the best and I thank them for a job well done! Debi Gray
This is the finest surgical center, with the kindest people. My cataract surgery with Dr Francis Clark was exceptional experience. They have amazing technology @ this center, as I did my homework. Great people!
