Brisket was cut diagonally across the grain and too thick, made it tough to chew. The brisket did have good flavor and was smoked well. Ribs had great flavor but were dry. Smoked baked beans were not smoked and were just okay. They had better food when they initially opened.
Ordered brisket tacos and they were sooooo dry. The meat was dry and tough and it was hard to even chew. It gets worse every time we go.
RecommendedAlways good food and friendly staff. Highly recommend this place. My favorite Bbq place ever. Ribs! Tacos! Nacho platter! Margaritas! All are amazing!

Jefferson St BBQ recently catered a rehearsal dinner for us, and the food was fantastic! We highly recommend them. The servers, Maddie and Joy, were wonderful to work with. Use Jefferson St for your next event or go to their restaurant. You won’t be disappointed.
Since we weren't able to travel to Memphis as planned this week, we decided to at least get some BBQ. This was our first trip to Jefferson St. but definitely not the last! The brisket was fantastic and I loved the smokiness to the baked beans. I'm too full to try the bourbon bread pudding yet, but the piece is huge. Worth the drive from Kokomo!
