There is a very unattractive female with dark hair who works in the ER now at Kennedy Stratford that is a total bitch. I went there for a leg injury a few days ago and today I had mucus stuck in throat/nose and needed suctioning. She said "oh you're back" with a nasty tone. Someone needs to teach this moron some class and how to deal with the public . Also, that she should not bring her personal problems to work. Perhaps she needs to get laid. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff members at Jefferson Stratford Hospital for the excellent care my son and I received. From start to finish, everyone involved showed incredible compassion, professionalism, and dedication. Dr. Fakulujo, our surgeon, was truly outstanding—one of the best I’ve ever encountered. Nurses, Technicians, Registrars, Nutrition Services, House Keeping, Dietitian, Receptionist, Transport all very good. Nobody wants to be in the hospital, these people made it much easier.

Unable, more interested in satisfying ego than properly caring for patient , undermining patients team of doctors, some professors others considered best in the country, smirking at patients responsible request.

Horrible service in the ER. Your better of dead than wasting your time here just for them to drag out tge scenario. Nurse Thao doesn't know the first thing about hospitality. As a patient I should not be left unchecked for several hours with no updates or eta on my situation. Instead my CRN insisted if I need Something to ask. But when I ask about an ETA the response I get is soon. Until a few more hours pass. I don't disregard that the ER has several other patients. I would like to compliment the people in dietary and security that allowed me to see my husband. I am writing in regards to an incident that occured in your facility two years ago but I will not forget it. My husband is very cooperative and easily approchable. He thought he was seeing deer due to a bad medication reaction. Guess what your facility solution was? Give him 2 antipsychotics drugs to the point he is unresponsive. My father was admitted to the hospital from the ER. He had heart failure he was then released 2 days later. He walked from the room to the front lobby..... NO WHEELCHAIR WAS USED. ....Shortness of breath and tiredness are normal symptoms. This contributed to him being re admitted to of course a different hospital where he sadly passed away. Quality of care???

Dont go to this hospital in an emergency or at all ...they dont know what there doing ...which in a case im not mentioning resulted in a loss of life!

Giving the ER department 1 star in order to write this review. I have been going back and forth with Jefferson Stratford administration regarding an erroneous MRI report, which was charged to my insurance after a car accident. The radiology report came back completely wrong. I went to the ER to determine if additional damage had been done to my back after a second car accident last. The MRI from Jefferson showed no herniated disks, whereas, the previous MRI done at another institution detailed 4 herniated disks. This fa... read more
