Would give zero stars if possible. Worst storage experience I’ve ever had. Amy who runs the facility is incredibly rude and not at all helpful. Halfway through my lease they changed access hours from 24 hours to 6am-10pm and refused to prorate the rent accordingly. Additionally, I paid $109 a month for a 10x10 without climate control which is absurd. I have used Jefferson Street Storage for years now. They are clean, well secured and affordable! There has never been a price increase either which is amazing. I have recommended to all my friends and family and will continue to do so!

A great storage unit in Lee's Summit! The team is great to work with and the units are clean, safe and very affordable. They have many options to choose from and the owners are professional and quick to respond with any questions.
