My experience with Jefferson Street Storage has been nothing but GOOD! The location is great. They are very easy to work with. Always very polite, very helpful, and very responsive. Love that it is a small family owned business. I'd recommend them anytime!
Would give zero stars if possible. Worst storage experience I’ve ever had. Amy who runs the facility is incredibly rude and not at all helpful. Halfway through my lease they changed access hours from 24 hours to 6am-10pm and refused to prorate the rent accordingly. Additionally, I paid $109 a month for a 10x10 without climate control which is absurd. I have used Jefferson Street Storage for years now. They are clean, well secured and affordable! There has never been a price increase either which is amazing. I have recommended to all my friends and family and will continue to do so!
I love this place! The people are friendly, organized, and welcoming! The place is overall very secure and well taken care of. Highly recommend!!
