This is the most convenient location. New windows are wonderful. Your staff us really great. I love this place.
I lived here for 6 months bc Derby Run was full. They then let me transfer into an apartment here to finish fulfilling my lease. I like both places and think they will benefit different people with different needs/wants. For example, no pets, closer to shopping = JEfferson Square. Space to walk you pets = Derby Run. Been very happy renting with them as they have accommodated my needs.
I live at Jefferson Square going on 10 years! and there's a reason I don't plan to move. They replaced the windows on the building yesterday and I am VERY pleased with the new windows. makes a world of difference. New windows look great and will cut down on (already low) utilites. Thats only the latest thing that has me pleasantly surprised living here. For one thing I haven't paid for cable in almost a decade! And I'm not missing any games either! Cables FREE! Apartments are okay. You will not get a sense of any privacy living here. These people seem to think they can come and go at anytime they choose without giving you notice. You are charged an extra gas and electric bill along with your personal bill to pay for outside lightning. They even have the audacity to come in and check your house cleaning skills.
