Some years later I was lucky enough to move to Southern Oregon with my family and open a few restaurants.

Quiet & nice with good drinks
Awesome drinks, food and staff!
Very nice place. The drinks and food are great. Service is wonderful. Great atmosphere. Definitely a new hangout.
The drinks on their menu are fantastic. It smells like wood. Mellow music and low lighting. Like a library with yummy drinks and food.
Hands down the best bar in the valley if you want to relax, listen to good music, and not worry about jersey shore peeps.
New Shining Star in Old Medford- for the young at heart who like a hip but real atmosphere!
I have had the pleasure to work on the walk in cooler during remodeling and the place is gorgeous. AMAZING environment good people and bourbon. Do yourself a favor and have a drink at Jefferson Spirits.
This is quite literally the only bar I have ever felt completely comfortable in! The design is incredible, and makes you feel like you've stepped up and out of Medford.
This is the spot. Perfect drinks, perfect meal.
