I had major brake issues this morning, and as luck would have it, I managed to get my diesel truck stopped, safely, in the parking lot for JSC. Paul went WAY above and beyond from not only the work that was done to make my truck safe to drive (even though they were fully booked with other work), but he also restored my faith in the "good guys". This was my first experience, won't be my last, and I am recommending JSC to everyone I know in Eastern Jackson County. Thank you for everything, Paul!!

Best auto repair shop in K.C. Would not take my car anywhere else, and have referred many of my friends to Paul. Honest and fair prices.
Top notch facility. Had taken my car to a chain store to get a slow leak fixed. They told me I needed a new tire cause the nail was too close to the tread. I blindly believed them and asked them to order my tire. I was told it would be in the next day. After a week with no tire, I called and was told it wasn't there yet, but they would figure it out and call me back. No call that day or the next. I called again and was told I'd be called back.
